Automation is freedom

Systems that run.

We replace manual operations with structured, automated systems, built for scale from day one.

Built to scaleFrom day one.

Your team is spending hours on tasks that should take seconds. CSV processing. Product listing updates. Inventory reconciliation. Content generation. Every manual step is a bottleneck and a source of error.

Hiring more people solves nothing. It multiplies the problem. What you need is a system that handles the repetition, precisely, consistently, at scale.

Zyven does not sell tools. Zyven builds the operational architecture a business actually runs on.

Every process we take off a desk is capacity handed back — time, attention, and the freedom to spend both somewhere else.

What We Build

Automation for every operational layer.

Each engagement begins with a single, clearly defined process. We build, measure, and prove before scaling.

Automated content generation

Copy, visuals and formats produced to your brand rules — on schedule, without a person in the loop.

Automated premium product listings

From raw product data to a finished, live listing — images, text and structure included.

Automated self-repair systems and notification watchers

Systems that notice their own failures, correct what they can, and report only what genuinely needs you.

Hundreds more individual automated workflows

Built one process at a time, for the specific repetition that is costing your operation the most.

Our own operation

What we have already built.

Not a case study we were handed. Every number and every system below runs in our own operation, every day.

Products / run
223 products in one run

Individual products with image generation, uploaded in one automated run

Measured in our own e-commerce operation. 18 seconds per product, from data to live listing.

Daily inventory sync
3,241 listings watched daily

Product listings watched and processed automatically — no hand involved, just information

Zero errors. Runs unattended, every day, without anyone looking at it.

System
One system, end to end

A complete automated operation, not a tool stack

One architecture that owns the whole process end to end, instead of a chain of subscriptions held together by hand.

Scope
17-stage SaaS system, fully automated

From product research through listing, content and monitoring to customer communication

Seventeen chronological stages that hand off to each other without a manual step in between.

Content
Differentiated high-quality social media content formats
50 formats in about two hours

Ready to post, built on brand rules and tone of voice — fifty distinct formats, not fifty variations of one, produced in a single unattended run.

Architecture
Multi-complex pipelines

Across several workflows, with reliable communication between them

Separate pipelines that pass state to each other cleanly — the part that usually breaks when systems are stitched together.

Your values

What you get back.

Every one of these adds up to the same thing: capacity you get back — time, attention, and the freedom to spend both on something else.

01
Stronger position
Against your competition — you move at the speed of a system while they move at the speed of a team.
02
Lower costs
Through higher efficiency and fewer errors. The same output stops costing the same hours.
03
Greater potential to scale
Volume stops being a headcount question. What ran once runs a thousand times at the same standard.
04
Less dependence
On finding and keeping the right staff. The process lives in the system, not in one person's routine.
05
Higher quality of output
A system does not get tired, distracted, or inconsistent. The hundredth run matches the first.
How It Works

Results before payment. Always.

We start with one defined pilot. We build it, measure it, and prove the result before scaling.

01

Analyse

We examine one manual process and document what it currently costs in time, errors and output.

02

Build

We build a system for that exact process. Scripts, pipelines, logic — no generic tool configuration.

03

Measure

We run it on your real data and put the result next to the manual process it replaces.

04

Scale

Once the gain is proven and paid for, we extend the same standard across further processes.

Operations We Automate

The work that repeats.

These are the areas we have already built and run in production.

Product research

Sourcing, filtering and scoring candidates automatically instead of by hand.

Listings & upload

Product data to finished live listing, images and text included.

Content generation

Copy and visuals produced to your brand rules, on schedule.

Data & inventory reconciliation

Feeds, stock and catalogue kept in sync, corrected before anyone notices.

Monitoring & self-repair

Watchers that catch failures, fix what they can and escalate the rest.

Customer communication

Status, follow-up and routine replies handled without a manual step.

…and many more general business workflows

If your business runs on steps that repeat, it can be built into a system. Whatever the industry, whatever the process — tell us how you work today and we will show you what it looks like automated.

Zyven / About
Who we are

We build systems. Not agencies.

Zyven is a process-driven automation practice for companies that want to replace manual repetition with systems. We do not consult. We do not manage campaigns. We build the operational infrastructure that makes a business run without constant human intervention.

"Automation is freedom.
Zyven builds the operational systems
that give it back to you."

Seven years in e-commerce and digital business. I built my own brand and served several thousand satisfied customers — until I hit the wall every operator hits: growing meant more manual work, and more manual work meant I couldn't grow.

So I built the system I needed myself. Not a tool — a complete, high-end automated operation across more than seventeen stages: product research, upload, content, monitoring, customer support and more. It runs every day. It is the same architecture this practice is built on.

What I bring is not only code. It is knowing which processes genuinely scale and create real value, how to connect separate workflows into one system that holds together — and a feel for both the visual and the technical side of it.

I don't think generic tools are bad. They are built for the general case. Your business is not the general case: every company runs on its own processes, and those deserve to be built for, not configured around.

I consider a system finished when it delivers a substantial gain — enormous time saved, resources freed, costs reduced, output increased, or quality raised. If it does none of those measurably, it isn't finished.

Today I am 30 and travelling the world, running the operation from wherever I am. That is not a lifestyle note. It is the proof of what these systems do: they give back the one thing you cannot buy more of.

Identity
Founded on one premise:
manual repetition
is a structural problem.

Zyven was built out of our own e-commerce operation. The majority of our operational capacity was going into work a structured system could handle automatically. Not for lack of skill — the system simply did not exist yet. So we built it.

Seventeen chronological steps, from product data through listing, content and customer communication to analytics. Ten services across two servers. It runs unattended. That system is not a case study we were handed — it is the operation we run every day, and it is what this practice is built on.

We are not a marketing agency. We are not a shop-builder. We are not a SaaS tool. Zyven is an automation practice — we identify where manual effort is burning operational capacity, and replace it with logic, scripts, and automated pipelines. The result is measurable, permanent, and yours.

Philosophy

Precision over presence

We do not believe in large teams, broad retainers, or vague deliverables. Every engagement is defined by a specific output, a measurable result, and a clear boundary between what we do and what we do not do.

01

Individual systems over generic tools

Generic tools are built for the general case. Your business is not the general case. Every company runs on its own processes, its own edge cases, its own logic — and that deserves to be built for, not configured around. We write systems that fit your operation exactly.

02

Results before payment

We do not ask for commitment before proof. Every engagement starts with a pilot: one real automated process running on your real data. You see the actual numbers — time saved, errors removed, output gained — measured against the manual process it replaces. The gain is demonstrable in figures before you pay, not after.

03

Long-term thinking

We build for the long run — whether we work together once or for years. A pilot is never a hook; it is a finished piece of work. But good systems compound, and we stay reachable and genuinely helpful for as long as yours runs. The goal is not a contract. It is that your operation keeps giving you time back, long after our work is done.

/ What sets us apart

We measure the result
before you pay for it.

Every agency tells you they deliver results. We prove it before billing. The pilot phase is not a sales strategy — it is how we work. We build a real system, run it on a real process, and show you the numbers. If the numbers do not meet the agreed threshold, the engagement ends there at no cost to you.

How we work

Structured, precise,
output-first

We analyse one process. We build one system. We measure one outcome. Then, if the result is proven, we scale. There is no step in our process that does not produce a measurable output.

01

Analyse

We examine a specific manual process in your operation. We document the current time cost, error rate, and output volume.

02

Build

We build a custom automated solution for that exact process. Scripts, pipelines, logic — no generic tool configurations.

03

Measure

We run the system against the same process under real conditions. We document the time saved, error reduction, and output increase.

04

Scale

Once the pilot is proven and payment is made, we expand the system across further processes — incrementally, with the same measurement standard at each stage.

What we believe in

The principles behind every system we build

01
Outcome clarity
Every engagement has a defined, measurable outcome before it begins. If we cannot name the result in specific terms, we do not start the engagement.
02
Built for your process
We do not adapt your operation to a template. We start from how your business actually works — including the parts that are messy or specific to you — and build the logic around that. A system that ignores your edge cases is not finished.
03
Minimal scope
We start with one process. One. We prove it works before expanding. This is not a methodology — it is a principle. Small scope produces better systems than broad ones.
04
Honest limits
We decline projects where we cannot demonstrate a clear advantage. Not every process should be automated. We say so when it should not be.
05
No hype
We do not use the language of AI trends, disruption, or transformation. We build scripts, pipelines, and logic. The result is efficiency. That is enough.
Ideal clients

We work best with specific types of businesses

Zyven is not the right fit for every company. We are built for a specific situation — and we are direct about what that situation looks like.

High product volume
Operations with 500+ SKUs or frequent catalogue changes — where manual data handling creates a bottleneck every week.
Recurring manual processes
Operations where the same tasks are performed repeatedly: feed updates, inventory checks, listing refreshes, content generation.
Growth without headcount
Businesses that want to scale output without hiring additional operations staff to handle increased volume.
No large internal dev team
Companies that rely on external partners for technical infrastructure — and need that infrastructure to work reliably.
Operational inefficiency that is measurable
If you can describe the process that is costing you the most time, we can almost certainly build a system that handles it automatically.
